Something I’ve been quietly building:
A space where introverted women can grow with clarity, calm, and self-trust.
Quiet Power Academy is coming soon.
Focus is one of the most precious skills in the 21st century, a time full of distractions, and introverts are experts in it. Good for us, right?
But we need to protect it fiercely from the outside world trying to sell us on things, adventures, and a job in an open-plan office.
If you master focus, you’ll be unstoppable. You can do 3x or 4x more in an hour than an average employee does in a day. And it will cost you less energy.
Doesn’t that sound like a magic trick?
It is, and not many people are aware of it.
Introverts have this trick up their sleeves, and most of them don’t know it.
You’ll solve your lack of time
You are protecting your energy
You are embracing a strength that is already in you
This is for you if you're an introvert trying to protect your energy in a world that never stops demanding more.
It's for you if you're tired of hustling and want to tap into your natural strength: focus.
Distraction is everywhere
Notifications, noisy workplaces, endless tasks, and pressure to hustle harder.
You know you could do amazing things if only you had time, space, and quiet to focus.
I’ve been there. Juggling a dozen ideas, trying to “do it all,” and ending the day exhausted but unsatisfied.
I was an impatient person, but I always loved the idea of simplifying and minimalism. I read books like “Essentialism” and “The One Thing” and they made me realize that it’s not about doing more but focusing on one thing at a time.
The game changed. Instead of working on my newsletter, email sequence, launching a masterclass, and watching a course, I started focusing on one thing: building Quiet Power Academy.
I said no to everything else, and I’ve never felt lighter.
Focus is the opposite of hustling
Everybody thinks we just need to work harder to succeed.
But it’s actually about working smarter. For a long time, I didn’t know what that meant, and the belief “work hard to succeed” was really deeply rooted in my subconscious.
The construction worker is also working hard, but do you see him getting successful?
My dad always worked hard, so that’s where I got the belief from. But it was also a negative example for me because I would’ve preferred him to be at home with us.
While everyone is hustling and working hard, it is your superpower to focus and work smarter.
You’ll get more done and feel more peaceful.
You’re strategically taking breaks.
It’s not about effort anymore, but clarity, boundaries, and being kind to yourself.
Hustling and working harder is about neglecting your health and energy. But we are thinking long-term.
Focusing means letting go of unimportant things.
I’m currently focusing on one thing: my Quiet Power Academy. My whole content is about this topic, and I’m not distracted by other possible improvements or products.
I’m protecting myself from being overwhelmed. I know you want to get everything done immediately, but that’s not how our energy, mind, and body work.
It’s a modern disease to be impatient because we can get almost everything immediately: food, entertainment, medicine, likes…
In this world of distractions and meeting needs fast, it’s a superpower to patiently work on one thing only. You have a clear step forward, and that’s your only focus.
Embrace your focus strength
So, how can you embrace your focus strength and train it?
Turn off the world
Mute your notifications. Remove all possible interruptions from your environment. Set boundaries and say no to less important stuff.
Increase your focus time length
Just like a muscle, you need to train your focus length, too. Start small with the Pomodoro technique by setting a 20-minute work time and then taking a break. Increase the length of work time weekly by 5 to 10 minutes.
If you’re in the flow, keep going, but don’t start hustling and work for more than 60-80 minutes without a break.
Let go of urgency
Do 1 step at a time daily. 1 thing every day, nothing more. We’re not made to work 8 hours. Focus comes from working 1 hour and then taking a break for no more than 4 to 6 hours a day.
It’s about progress, not speed. We want to be productive long-term.
Rest guilt-free
If you do 4 to 6 hours of focused work a day, it’s enough, and you can take the rest of the day off guilt-free. Be kind to yourself. Think about long-term health and success.
What would happen if you gave yourself permission to focus today?
Just one thing. Just 20 minutes.
Try it and let me know how it feels.

For the Quietly Curious
I always had a big subconscious problem about removing bad things (like cravings) from my life. But I read recently that just removing it doesn’t work. You need a replacement and do it in small steps. I always struggled to eat less chocolate and when I wanted to start I actually ate more. Now I’m replacing it with healthy raw bars and it really works.
I’m focused on selling my Academy these weeks and I’m motivated but then a day-long birthday comes long that I already said yes to months ago, and I’m torn. It’s usually so easy to yes to something far in the future, because you don’t know have anything in the calendar yet. Now this yes is interfering with my plans and priorities. Lesson learned: don’t yes so fast, and make work plans way in advance.
After reading Dan Koes latest newsletter I’m letting go and sorting out things, apps, emails and subscriptions. It’s freeing. But way harder than I thought to get things like clothes and kitchen stuff out of my house (is nobody buying second-hand anymore?)
